We are With You Every Step of the Way
  • Preliminary Demonstration – our trained experts will demonstrate the full functionality of the system and answer any questions you may have.
  • Site Assessment and Consulting Services – We visit your location and collect information to help determine what you need in order to use HEALTHeWV. We can analyze your current hardware and software infrastructure and if needed we can make recommendations for any new equipment purchases.
  • System Administrator Training –Provided at the NTTC for two staff members and one clinician identified by the clinic. This training will cover all aspects of usage of HEALTHeWV. The goal of this training is to enable the systems administrators to be points of contact regarding technical functionality.
  • Business Process – We learn how your clinic functions and determine the best way to maximize your use of the HEALTHeWV system.
  • Training – Our staff will customize training to your clinic’s practices and needs. We provide Introductory training for “basic” users of the system, and we provide Role-Based training to user that will be performing specific tasks within the system.
  • Implementation – After all previous requirements are met, we create the connection so that your clinic can start using the system.
  • Support – Our help desk will provide technical support, as well as any necessary supplemental training, to all users of the HEALTHeWV system.
  • Continuous Improvements – We will continue to enhance the HEALTHeWV system to meet the requests and changing needs of individual clinics.

What You Will Need to Do
  • Identify a physician champion
  • Sign and return necessary paperwork
  • Assist in developing an implementation plan
  • Update clinic hardware and software per technical assessment results
  • IT support staff or IT contractor will need to be involved in the implementation process
  • Assist in developing templates
