Shaik Mazharullah, M.D., has returned to the NTTC as director of Health Technology Programs, a new, national initiative looking to leverage federally funded research and utilize technology to bring medical care to rural communities in West Virginia and around the country. Shaik has more than 15 years of combined clinical and health technology management experience. He joined the NTTC in 1993 and has since managed the NTTC's Telemedicine Gateway Program, VA Biomedical Technologies Program and the evaluation and assessment of biomedical technology for a variety of the NTTC's federal, academic and commercial clients.
