Dr. Mazharullah Shaik M.D., director of Health Technology Programs at NTTC, was invited to speak at the Health Policy Fellowship Rural Health seminar at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, June 8-9 in Lewisburg, W.Va.

He discussed the role of health information technology in the delivery of quality health care to rural Americans, identifying challenges facing e-health initiatives, including funding, and describe initiatives to strengthen and expand e-health networks in rural areas.
