The HEALTHEeWV program continues to grow with 26 clinics now using the electronic medical records software. Over the past year, the HEALTHeWV program has received upgrades including the addition of a dental template (part of HEALTHeWV’s latest release IT6R2). Now clinics like the Susan Dew Hoff Memorial Clinic Inc., in West Milford W.Va. can document oral care electronically. The Susan Dew Hoff Memorial Clinic began using HEALTHeWV in April. It is a health and dental promotion and prevention center designed to facilitate and coordinate access to health and dental services for those individuals in Harrison County West Virginia who are uninsured, under insured, working poor and/or elderly. The HEALTHeWV program is enhancing care that the clinic provides and helping them with their mission to assist those who do not currently seek medical and dental services due to financial burdens, while linking them to services that maintain or improve their health.
