HEALTHeWV began offering lunch and learn sessions in February of this year to educate providers and clinic staff on various topics. This is a great way for the program to offer succinct trainings on various topics at the user’s convenience. To date; 55 health care professionals and staff have participated in the trainings. Sessions typically run 45 minutes in length and conclude with a question and answer period. Our goal is to offer a lunch and learn session on the third Thursday of each month from 12:00-1:00 pm. Topics presented thus far include: System Administration Training, Reporting, and E-Faxing. June’s topic will focus on Tuning Up Your PC. In addition if HEALTHeWV users are unable to attend they have the opportunity to access the trainings at a later date through our training website.
