Registries and Reporting
The HEALTHeWV registry allows for the real-time collection and review of patient health status information. This lets providers immediately assess identified issues and document the encounter.
The registry tracks a specific set of patients and monitors those patients’ various clinical variables and measures. It can be set up for specific diseases, preventive care, specific clinical trials, studies, and other applications. It also can be condition based (for example, all patients who have diabetes listed on their problem list) or set up to manually add and remove patients.
Some of the core features provided with HEALTHeWV’s registry functionality include:
- Patient goals, based on national standards for specific diseases
- Patient goals, based on national preventive care guidelines according to the patient’s age and sex
- Patient goals, with the ability to override standard goals and set a personal goal when more applicable to a particular patient
- Registry reports, whose robust filtering capabilities enable users to choose whether they want summary or detail-level results. Based on criteria they select, users can choose one or more registries and generate reports. For the Registry Detail Report, users can filter results by measure and choose demographic and measure-related columns to display
